Terms and Conditions for Online Classes
- Class Enrolment
- Enrolment is subject to the availability of time slots as specified by the instructor or platform.
- By purchasing a class, you agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this document.
- Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations made by the participant more than 24 hours before the scheduled class time are eligible for rescheduling or a full refund.
- Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled class time are non-refundable.
- If the vendor cancels the class, participants will be offered a rescheduled class or a full refund.
- Rescheduling Policy
- Rescheduling is subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
- Participants may reschedule a maximum of one class per enrolment.
- Refund Policy
- Refunds will not be provided for lessons purchased without confirming the availability of the desired time slots.
- Participants are responsible for verifying class schedules and availability before making a purchase.
- Partial refunds are not available for unused classes in a multi-class package.
- Conduct and Participation
- Participants are expected to maintain respectful behavior during classes. The vendor reserves the right to remove participants from a class without a refund for disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
- Participants must have the necessary equipment and stable internet connection to attend the class. The vendor is not responsible for technical issues on the participant’s side.
- Liability
- The vendor is not liable for any personal, technical, or scheduling issues that may arise from the participant’s side.
- The vendor’s liability is limited to the value of the purchased class or package.
- Amendments to Terms
- The vendor reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Participants will be notified of any significant changes prior to their effective date.
